Before I get into the list proper, here are some honorable mentions: Usher- “Love In This Club”, Coldplay- “Viva La Vida”, Ne-Yo- “Closer”/“Miss Independent”, M.I.A.- “Paper Planes”, Estelle- “American Boy”, Plies- “Bust It Baby Pt. 2”, Lil Wayne- “Got Money”/“A Milli”, Webbie- “Independent”, Rihanna- “Hate That I Love You”, The-Dream- “I Luv Your Girl”, Keyshia Cole- “Heaven Sent”, Flo-Rida- “Low”, 2 Pistols- “She Got It” (just the T-Pain hook though), Mary J Blige- “Just Fine”, David Banner- “Get Like Me”, Lupe Fiasco- “Superstar”, T-Pain- “Can’t Believe It”, and Natasha Bedingfield- “Pocketful of Sunshine.” With that out of the way, I want to talk about an artist when he was at his mainstream peak.
